November 2016: Provek achieve high APM PMQ (formerly APMP) pass rates

High pass rates of around 85% were achieved by Provek candidates across each the four different study modes for the APM Project Management Qualification (formerly known as the APMP).  Three clear conclusions can be drawn from the analysis of over 600 recent candidates.

Firstly, the choice of study mode does not make a significant difference

Overall, the average pass rate for Provek APM PMQ (APMP) courses is 85%.  This pass rate fluctuates by only a few percentage points for three of the four different modes: 5-day classroom, 6-day modular and blended (online and 3-day classroom).

Pass rates are even higher for the online only study mode which has remote support by Provek training consultants.  However, the total number of delegates is relatively small.

Secondly, the most popular study mode remains the 5-day

Just over half the candidates take the 5-day APM PMQ (APMP) classroom course.  As most courses are in-house for our corporate clients, this choice is made by a client representative rather than the individual candidates.

Thirdly, the Provek training consultants are all equally good

There is no difference between the average pass rates of the different Provek training consultants used.  Individually, their results are extremely close (within one percentage point) to each other at 85%.
