Change Management Practitioner:
Ready to lead change with confidence? This course is designed for professionals stepping into—or already in—key roles that drive organisational change at a strategic level. Ideal for:

• Aspiring or current leaders of change, transformation, or transition initiatives
• Change Project Managers and Programme Managers
• Transformation Managers and Business Change Managers
• Senior Responsible Owners and Operational Line Managers
• Anyone responsible for shaping, managing, or delivering large-scale change efforts

Public courses are delivered as virtual tutor-led classroom. In-house courses can be delivered virtually or face-to-face classroom:

Change Management Foundation: three days.

Change Management Practitioner: two days.

9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day

Change Management Foundation and Practitioner exams are taken remotely.

Change Management Foundation is multiple choice; 25 marks required to pass (out of 50 available); 40 minutes duration; Closedbook.

Change Management Practitioner is objective testing based on a case study scenario; 5 sections of 16 marks each; 40 marks required to pass (out of 80 available); 2.5 hours duration; Restricted open book.

Public courses are delivered virtually. Inhouse courses can be delivered face-to-face or virtual.

Face-to-face training is held at the client selected venue.

Virtual classroom training is delivered using Zoom.

Change Management Foundation public virtual three-day course: £895 (includes Change Management Study Guide hard copy and exam).

Change Management Practitioner public virtual two-day course: £838 (excludes Change Management Study Guide, includes exam).
