This course is most suited to those with a minimal knowledge of AI and is designed to showcase a variety of tools that can be utilised to improve project delivery and drive efficiencies in administrative and time consuming processes. It also provides the opportunity to earn a professional qualification focused on the application of AI in project delivery.

This course is for those with little to no background in AI, offering an overview of practical tools that support more effective project execution. It focuses on helping users reduce administrative burden and optimise time-consuming workflows to boost efficiency.

It is ideal for Project Managers & Programme Managers, IT Project Leaders & PMO Directors, Portfolio Managers & Strategy Consultants, Change Managers & Transformation Leaders.

Duration:

This one-day experience is split into two convenient half-day sessions)

Timings:

Day 1: 9am-1pm

Day 2: 9am-1pm

Breaks will be scheduled throughout the course.

For in-house courses start and finish times can be adjusted according to needs.

Examination:

The course can be purchased with or without the exam fee.

If the exam is purchased, it is taken a week later and booked by the delegate through a (Provek-provided) exam voucher.
