These are as follows:
- Greg Montgomery is appointed Managing Director reporting to Chris Bevan and will join the Board with effect from 1st July 2019
- Shannon Douglas will be appointed Operations Director reporting to Greg, with effect from 1st August 2019
- Glen Suttie will be appointed Business Development Director reporting to Greg, with effect from 1st August 2019
Andrew Delo will stand down as Managing Director from 30th June 2019 after many years of steering Provek successfully through good times as well as the more challenging ones.
Provek is in a very strong position as a result of Andrew’s leadership and management, for this we are extremely grateful to him.
Andrew commented:
“I am delighted to be handing over the management of the company to Greg who has effectively been leading the company with Shannon and Glen for the past six months.
During that period, I have witnessed Greg and the team make better decisions than I could have done. Those decisions will continue to be very beneficial to the company’s future prospects.
There is always a time to go and, having reached 60 years of age, I am extremely privileged to be able to stand down from my role on my own terms and with the company having great prospects.
I will remain a director (non-executive) and will continue to support our assessment and The PM Channel businesses. I will be on call to give any advice as requested.
I wish everyone in Provek continued success.”
