After conducting an in-depth review of the skills and cultural fit requirements for your particular role, each applicant will first have their CV reviewed in line with your job description and then undertake our unique online assessment tool  PMA5. They will then undergo a thorough competency based interview by one of our senior consultants, using their CV, the job description and the results of PMA5.

Based on our job role profiles and the APM body of knowledge, PMA5 provides both clients and candidates with a detailed report comparing their particular project management experience, knowledge and ability against the industry norm or your own internal benchmarks.

This allows our consultants to identify and match the specific areas of programme and project management specialisation or experience, particular to your requirements, from our proprietary database of over 10,000 programme and project staff to ensures we submit the very best applicants to you every time.

Provek also can support clients in the selection process with any of the following range of services:

  • Facilitate a needs analysis workshop to establish your resource requirements
  • Reviewing your job descriptions
  • CV sift and selection process, benchmark and assessment programme
  • Develop a tailored skills assessment tool to meet specific client needs, utilising Provek's online programme and project management assessment tool PMA5
  • Prepare question grid and scoring matrix for use in interviews and provide appropriate interview support
