Stage 4 – Transition and benefits realisation

The aim of the final stage is to leave your organisation self-sufficient.

  • A period of post-training transition may be required to ensure project managers are capable and confident in their new (or amended) roles.
  • Dependent upon the complexity and longevity of projects, a realistic benefits measurement programme should be agreed.
  • Provek may conduct the initial training. Thereafter, it may be appropriate that the customer identifies a team of trainers who can take over ad-hoc training thereafter.
