Helen Grindley


Helen is a qualified project manager with over 20 years’ experience working for major organisations in both the public and private sectors. Her key areas of expertise include transformation, digital programmes and customer experience.

Helen joined Provek in 2019 and rose to Training and Consulting Delivery Director in 2022, where she oversaw the reorganisation of the Operations function, and the successful implementation of the new Associate Project Manager Level 4 Programme.

Helen is a graduate of the University of Warwick and has held senior posts in project and programme Management at Parity Solutions, A C Nielsen, Test Valley Borough Council, and Capita. She also retrained as a secondary school teacher before joining Provek.
