Working with AI in Project Management
Artificial intelligence (AI) is already part of the tools that project professionals use every day, from chat assistants that draft a report to the “summarise” buttons now built into scheduling, reporting and collaboration software. Used well, it saves time on drafting, summarising and analysis. Used carelessly, it can expose confidential information, put errors into reports and blur who is accountable for a decision.
This one-day virtual course gives you a practical grounding in what AI is, where it can help on a project, how to use it safely and within the rules, and how to check what it produces. Throughout the day you will work on one fictional project, the Riverside Community Health Hub, so you can practise with AI tools without using real project information.
