Course style:

Theory and practical case study work, delivered by a trainer who has practical experience of both project and programme management, will lead the delegates through the MSP® framework and will work towards the final examinations using sample questions. Pre-course preparation material consisting of the MSP® Manual and workbook ensures delegates are prepared for, and gain the maximum benefit from the workshop.  Delegates will be required to do evening work during the week that the course is taking place

Delegates should be already working in a programme environment but no prior knowledge of the MSP® method will be required. PRINCE2® Practitioner qualification is an advantage.
