To provide high quality project management training and development to a wide range of staff which provides them with both an industry recognised qualification and the ability to put it into practice in the workplace
The solution
Provek have worked closely with MADG over many years to provide high quality project management training. We work closely together to align Provek’s accredited training solutions to MADG’s comprehensive Life Cycle Management Framework. The training includes the Association of Project Management (APM) Project Management Qualification (PMQ) and the Project Foundation Qualification (PFQ). In addition, we also deliver the APM’s Risk Level 1 and 2 qualifications.
A supporting application workshop builds on the qualification- based training and allows delegates to apply their learning to a bespoke scenario project in a simulated but challenging situation. This provides context for delegates, allowing them to relate what they learn in the classroom back to the workplace.
