Module 4 – Introduction to Agile

  • 1 day of virtual tutor-led training
  • This workshop will provide a fundamental understanding of Agile project management and Agile thinking more generally. It is useful for those considering the appropriateness, and benefits, of transitioning to some form of Agile or hybrid project management methodology.

Module 5 – Client Relationship Management

  • 1 day of virtual tutor-led training
  • Enable delegates to be more proactive and how best to manage client expectations, improving client satisfaction and helping to increase repeat business.
