Provek's two-day conversion workshop supports delegates to sit the new APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) following previous training

Course specification

Who should attend:

Those who wish to sit the new exam released in September 2024 following supported extensive self-study or formal training and for those who require support before re-sitting the PMQ exam following a fail.

Duration:

Two days virtual training on exam technique, hints, tips, guidance and practise exam questions. Face-to-face is available for inhouse courses.

Timings:

9am to 5pm over two consecutive days

Examination:

2.5-hour online examination.

Venues:

The training is available as an inhouse corporate course and can be delivered virtually or face-to-face at the client site.

Pre-requisites:

It is a prerequisite that you be familiar with the existing PMQ syllabus through formal training and have studied each of the Learning Outcomes (LOs). If it has been some time since you studied the existing PMQ, please ensure that you can recall the learning through personal revision.

All potential delegates will undertake our online project management assessment (PMA Lite) as part of our solution in order to assess knowledge gaps, readiness and suitability for the course and exam.

Qualification details

APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) is a comprehensive course based on the Association for Project Management’s Body of Knowledge 7th edition and covers the syllabus for the PMQ examination.

This course is designed for those that have completed training based on the previous exam format but wish to take the new format exam that was released September 2024. It is also suitable for those who have failed the current exam and wish to ‘resit’ but take the new format exam.

Delegates must have already had PMQ training as this course focuses on exam preparation and the new topics added to the syllabus.

Specifically, this course does not teach course content, rather it assumes attendees have this knowledge and the focus is on exam technique and preparation to help delegates successfully pass the new APM PMQ exam.
