The Provek Level 4 Associate Project Management Apprenticeship Handbook has been designed to support learners through their apprenticeship.
It maps each section of learning against the knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs) required by the syllabus and the End Point Assessment (EPA) with suggestions of both how the theory can be applied in the workplace.
Project management has been applied since the human race began delivering change. The pyramids were built using many of the skills described in this book as was man’s first walk on the Moon. Whilst the terminology and the technology are constantly changing, the underlying principles are the same.
We hope that the material contained within this book will not only support those on the
apprenticeship but also contribute to the pursuit of excellence in project management.
