TCS wanted to equip a high number of its consultants with robust knowledge of the PRINCE2 methodology. It was also important that good value for money and PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner qualifications were obtained.
Solution
Provek designed a blended course that comprises four timetabled elements:
- Webinar to understand the course style and resolve any queries
- Guided self-study through a workbook and engaging videos on The PM Channel
- Mock online PRINCE2 examination test which has to be passed first time
- Two-day workshop including the Foundation and Practitioner examinations
The one-hour kick-off webinar supports the delegates’ understanding of the overall process and the importance of the time schedule of the blended learning.
Provek provides a self-study workbook and access to the full PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner course on The PM Channel. This prepares the delegates to take the mock PRINCE2 online examination test.
Through Provek’s extensive online assessment capability, delegates complete a mock PRINCE2 Practitioner examination test. Each delegate receives a one-page report detailing their results with a breakdown by theme. Their first attempt scores are passed to TCS with a recommendation to attend the workshop.
The two-day workshop focuses on revision and the taking of both the Foundation and Practitioner examinations.
