Provek's long term engagement with LBS recently involved designing and delivering a range of bespoke courses.

The challenge

LBS has been delivering world class business education for 50 years. They are consistently ranked as one of the best business schools in the world: delivering an education to students, organisations and corporate partners that continues to have a profound impact on the way the world does business.

The solution

A range of bespoke training courses that were designed to apply to the LBS project management methodology to stimulated case studies. the range included an overview for support staff, APM Fundamentals (Introductory Certificate) and a course aimed at the LBS managers. The course focused on how best practice principles and a formal methodology can be combined and tailored to achieve project success. Provek has been working with LBS over the past few years.

The benefits

The solution has achieved high levels of satisfaction both from an administration and delivery perspective. The majority of those attending have stated that they feel better equipped to apply project management to their day to day work. In addition, staff have become more familiar with a common approach to delivering projects which in turn leads to increased organisational efficiency.
