The requirement

Formulate were looking to provide project management soft skills training to their consulting team, allowing them to better manage the customer projects they lead.

The solution

Provek were able to provide a tailored course to Formulate which was developed and delivered by an experienced, qualified trainer who had extensive project management knowledge. This in turn allowed the course to be ‘brought to life’ with real life examples, which facilitated great discussion and interaction over the two-day course.

The benefits

The training course was broken down into a number of units, and each unit included hands on exercises which really allowed the consultants to fully take on board the content. Each consultant was also provided with a full course manual that can be referred to ongoing.
