Duration:

Public courses are delivered as virtual tutor-led classroom. In-house courses can be delivered virtually or face-to-face classroom:

Project Planning and Control Foundation: three days.

Project Planning and Control Practitioner: two days.

Timings:

9 a.m. to 5p.m. each day

Examination:

Project Planning and Control Foundation and Practitioner exams are taken remotely.

Foundation – exam format:

  • Multiple Choice
  • 50 questions per paper
  • 25 marks required to pass (out of 50 available) – 50%
  • 40 minutes duration
  • Closed-book

Practitoner – exam format:

  • Complex Multiple Choice
  • 8 question paper with 10 marks available per question
  • 40 marks required to pass (out of 80 available) – 50%
  • 200 minute (3 hrs 20 mins) duration
  • Open-book (Project Planning & Control guide only)
Venues:

Public courses are delivered virtually. Inhouse courses can be delivered face-to-face or virtual.

Face-to-face training is held at the client selected venue.

Virtual classroom training is delivered using Zoom.

Dates and Prices:

Project Planning and Control Foundation public virtual three-day course: £950 (includes hard copy book and exam).

Project Planning and Control Practitioner public virtual two-day course: £825 (includes exam).

This course combines in-depth theory with hands-on practical case studies, led by a credible trainer with real-world experience in both project and programme management.

Project Planning and Control Foundation: None

Project Planning and Control Practitioner: Project Planning and Control Foundation is required to sit the Project Planning and Control Practitioner exam.
