Richard joined Provek in June 2021, armed with 16 years’ experience of working within Further Education and specialising in Apprenticeships. His roles have had a key focus on the operational aspect of Apprenticeship Compliance and Quality.

Richard is a “people person” with a passion for supporting and developing his team and brings the ability to enhance and improve operational processes, with a strong focus on providing a quality service and an in depth knowledge of ESFA and Ofsted requirements.
