Kristian is an experienced, performance-driven financially literate professional programme/project manager with over 20 years’ experience in managing multiple and concurrent system integration, defence engineering and corporate transformation programs.
He has in depth knowledge of product and process project management using Waterfall, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Integrated Product Development and ISO QMS methodologies in order to effectively deliver on project commitments, improve quality & manage complex stakeholder relationships with business partners, unions and customers.
Kristian has successfully delivered programs in business process outsourcing, investment banking, telecoms, defence warships, military helicopters and civil aviation sectors.
