Over the course of her career, she has specialised in establishing and leading PMOs for a diverse range of global corporate giants and public sector organisations, blending project management expertise with coaching techniques to drive lasting success.
When she’s not sharing her wealth of knowledge, Alison is busy planning a once-in-a-lifetime adventure to Peru – with Machu Picchu firmly at the top of her bucket list.
