In January 2018 Best Practice Network contacted Provek to gain their expertise and support in ensuring that project management best practice was implemented throughout.
The solution
PMA lite is a unique assessment tool that determines project management experience, knowledge, decision ability, and personality indicators. PMA lite has been undertaken by over 10,000 project managers and staff.
Best Practice Network utilised PMA lite to assess the skills of their staff and identify training requirements that would be at the appropriate level.
Following a review of the PMA lite management report, Provek was asked to deliver their 2-day Project Fundamentals Qualification (APM PFQ) course and produce further training to develop specific skills around APM’s Project Management Methodology, which is now being implemented throughout the organisation.
