The two assessments are:
- Provek’s PMA6 online assessment
- Provek’s Scored CV offline spreadsheet
Both assessments need to be completed within the next 48 hours although there is no need to complete one before the other.
These assessments will each take about an hour to complete.

As part of our interview process we are asking all our potential project managers who have been successful in the 1st round of Interviews to complete these two assessments.

PMA6 online assessment
Provek’s PMA6 has been completed by over 10,000 project staff in total. The assessment comprises 5 sections of questions:

Your Experience
Your Knowledge of Project Management
Your Ability to Apply your Knowledge and Experience
Your Personality
The questionnaire will take typically around 60 – 75 minutes to complete
You are not able to start and stop the tool as required; all five sections will need to be completed in one continuous session. Please try to complete all questions as quickly as possible.
Please answer all questions in a section and when you are satisfied with your answer, click on the submit button.
You may move back and forwards between questions within each section but once you have pressed the submit button, you cannot go back to that section.
You will need the reference number or description of the post you are applying for in Sopra Steria. You will receive an email shortly after completing the assessment to acknowledge the completion of your PMA6 assessment.
The results will be compiled into a five page report (see an example report) and given to you at interview. A guide to interpreting your report is available here. Your report will also include links to a semi-personalised video interpretation.
