Provek has conducted many project management assessment centres for project professionals which run typically for between one and three days.
Our approach
We first identify with the client which competences are to be assessed at the assessment centre, how long it will last and the range of job roles attending. From this we create a real-to-life project scenario and exercises for individual candidates and for small groups.
At the assessment centre, the capability of each candidate is assessed through written and group working exercises for each of the competences in scope. One consultant is required per three or four candidates and the total number of candidates is between six and 12.
Candidate reports
Every candidate receives a multi-page report detailing the positive evidence observed and areas for potential development for each competence (see example).
